We're hiring a delivery manager in Medellín to run client engagements for Medallo.dev. You'll keep scope clear, work directly with engineers, and keep clients informed in English and Spanish. The role is hybrid and full-time. Compensation is up to COP 8,000,000 per month, depending on experience.

We don't have an open headcount right now, but we're always building a bench of strong full-stack engineers for when new roles open. If you ship with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind — and want to go deep on AI agent workflows (Hermes and OpenClaw-style agents, MCP servers, skills, and LLM integrations) — send your resume.
