Bilingual Delivery Manager

Medellín, Colombia (Hybrid)
Full-time · Up to COP 8,000,000 / month

We're hiring a delivery manager in Medellín to run client engagements for Medallo.dev. You'll keep scope clear, work directly with engineers, and keep clients informed in English and Spanish. The role is hybrid and full-time. Compensation is up to COP 8,000,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you'd work on

  • •Own client engagements from kickoff through delivery: scope, plan, milestones, and a written status the client can trust
  • •Turn client requests into work engineers can execute: priorities, acceptance criteria, and decisions captured in writing
  • •Work with engineers day to day to unblock access, dependencies, and open questions, and protect time for deep work
  • •Run client communication in English and Spanish, including kickoffs, weekly updates, demos, and follow-ups that match what shipped
  • •Manage scope and change: make the tradeoffs explicit, keep the plan honest, and escalate when dates or outcomes are at risk
  • •Coordinate review, QA, and release readiness so work ships in small, verifiable increments
  • •Keep delivery status current — progress, risks, and effort — so the team can represent the engagement accurately
  • •Be in Medellín on hybrid days to work with the local engineering team in person

What we're looking for

  • •Experience managing technical software projects and working directly with engineers
  • •English at CEFR C1 or higher, spoken and written, for client calls and written updates
  • •Professional Spanish (native or C1+) for the local team and for clients
  • •Based in Medellín and available for a hybrid schedule
  • •Able to turn client outcomes into engineering work
  • •Clear writing: updates, scopes, and decisions that stay accurate after the call
  • •Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with a US time zone (EST, CST, or PST)

Nice to Have

  • •Experience delivering software for US or other international clients
  • •Background in staff augmentation, fixed-scope product builds, or both
  • •Enough familiarity with modern web products (APIs, TypeScript, React) to follow technical discussions
  • •Experience with Linear, Jira, or a similar tracker
  • •Experience coordinating QA, UAT, or release checklists
  • •Comfort using AI-assisted tools as part of a daily workflow
