1. Services

Medallo.dev provides software engineering talent placement and staff augmentation services. We connect clients with vetted engineers based in Medellín, Colombia.

2. Engagement Terms

Service engagements are subject to separate written agreements between Medallo.dev and the client. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship and use of our website.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and work product created by engineers during client engagements belong to the client, as specified in individual service agreements.

The Medallo.dev website, brand, and marketing materials are the property of Medallo.dev and may not be used without permission.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Engineers sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements before starting any engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we invoice monthly in advance for ongoing engagements.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Typically, 30 days notice is required for termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medallo.dev provides engineers on a staff augmentation basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in Colombia or the United States, as specified in the service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
